HOW WE WORK

1. We select our clients.

2. For the security and confidentiality of your information and company, we sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement).

3. You provide us with drawings of your profiles, as well as the needs and demands of each product.

4. Our engineering department carefully evaluates every detail and proposes the best solution to your needs, which is then shared with you.

5. Once the assessment is approved, the dies/molds are manufactured, which are covered by us*.

6. Please allow for a manufacturing time of 2 to 4 weeks for the dies, depending on their complexity.

7. Once ready, we notify the clients and send samples for approval.

8. A purchase order is sent, which is confirmed within 24 hours.

9. Production begins, taking approximately 3 to 4 weeks, with 1 week for finishing.

10. The material is loaded, crossed the border, and delivered to your facilities, a process that takes 1 to 1.5 weeks depending on the final destination.

11. Transparency is crucial for us, so on the same day of delivery, an invoice is generated detailing all the order information, including the average LME (London Metal Exchange) of the previous month, shipping, and customs costs.

12. For the convenience of our clients, we provide a 30-day payment term.
